2019 TCS New York City Marathon

Join the 2019 CBTFF Team to Guarantee Your Entry

The Children's Brain Tumor Family Foundation (CBTFF) marathon runners raise money to support pediatric brain tumor research conducted at the Children's Brain Tumor Project (CBTP) at the Weill Cornell Pediatric Brain and Spine Center.

This year's race takes place on November 3rd, 2019 and begins in Staten Island and goes through all 5 boroughs finishing in Manhattan's Central Park. Visit the TCS New York City Marathon page for race details.

The CBTFF team includes 10 runners who receive guaranteed  entry and registration in exchange for agreeing to meet a minimum fundraising commitment of $3,000 each.  In 2018 the team consisted of 5 runners, including Dr. Jeffery Greenfrield and Dr. Mark Souweidane of the CBTP.  As a team they raised more than $60,000, 100% of which went to help support the research. Read the full story here.
